I always use the same way that my grandmother taught me. To do this, you need cold water and laundry soap. Take the soiled thing, hold the stain under cold water, then soap it with soap. Wash off the soap. And repeat the procedure until the stain disappears, then simply wash the thing. There are also ways there are other ways, but I honestly did not try them! :) 1. Soak the thing in a solution of 1 tbsp. salt per 1 liter. After washing in warm water with laundry soap. 2. Moisten stains with a tampon with a solution of 1 tsp. borax, 2 tbsp. distilled water 1 tsp. ammonia solution. After the treated places rinse in water.

Cold water can only help if the stain is fresh. But if the stain is old, it may never go away. You can try to rub with a solution of ammonia. Or even dishwashing liquid. If nothing helps at all, apply the starch gruel, wait until it dries and then brush it with a clothes brush.
