The Supreme Court of Russia declared the Ukrainian radical organizations Right Sector and the UNA-UNSO extremist. Their activity on the territory of the Russian Federation was banned. The court, thus, satisfied the claim of the Prosecutor General.
The court hearing was held behind closed doors, as the case materials are classified. Recall that in Russia against the leaders of the "Right Sector", in particular Dmitry Yarosh, criminal cases were initiated. The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation believes that the Ukrainian nationalists fought on the side of the Chechen separatists.
