  • Basil leaves: 2 sprigs
  • Garlic: 1 clove
  • Olive oil: 2 tbsp. l
  • Pepper and salt: to taste


  1. Wash tomatoes and eggplant, cut into small pieces.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the eggplants until golden brown.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes, garlic, salt, spices and pepper to the eggplant. Stew for three minutes, remove from heat.
  4. Boil the pasta in salted water, drain and put in the pan with roasting.
  5. Sprinkle with grated parmesan and decorate with basil leaves.

Vegetable soup with crackers

What do you need

  • A small carrot - 2 pcs.
  • Leek stem - 1 pc.
  • Celery stalk - 2 pcs.

  3. Add corn kernels, beans and diced zucchini.
  4. Boil the soup for 7 minutes, then remove from the heat and add the chopped parsley.
  5. Serve with crackers.

Pumpkin and Curd Salad

What do you need

  • Pumpkin - 200 grams
  • Salad mix - 150 grams
  • Cottage cheese - 100 grams
  • Pumpkin seeds - 1-2 tsp.
  • Sunflower oil - 2 tbsp. l
  • Pepper and salt to taste


  1. Wash the pumpkin, peel it and cut it into small cubes of 1-2 cm in size.
  2. Fry the pumpkin in a frying pan with heated honey and sunflower oil for 1-2 minutes. Keep the pumpkin hard inside.
  3. Mix pumpkin, cottage cheese and lettuce leaves in a salad bowl. Add pumpkin seeds, pepper and salt to taste, season with sunflower oil.
