  • 500-600 gr. fresh mushrooms (for example, mushrooms);
  • three medium sized bulbs;
  • 150-200 gr. vegetable oil;

  • 1 teaspoon salt.

  • How the lower crust is formed, mix the potatoes, reduce the fire to medium and continue to fry without a lid.Pause between mixing for about 5 minutes. Stir it so that the potatoes do not break;
  • A few minutes before the potatoes are ready, return the onions and mushrooms to the pan, salt the dish, mix. Fry for 5 minutes, add chopped greens, turn off the heat. Close the lid for 7 minutes to slightly steam the masterpiece.
