  • eggplants - 500 g;
  • chicken egg - 2 pieces;
  • mushroom cube - 1 pc;
  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp;
  • sour cream - 100 g;
  • onion - 1 pc.

Eggplants are cleaned from sepals, washed and cut into cubes. Onions cut into thin half-rings. Heat the butter in a pan and put the prepared eggplants and onions into it. On medium heat, fry for about 10 minutes.At this time, beat eggs in a cup together with a cube with the taste of mushrooms. Then the eggs are poured into the pan, mix everything thoroughly and fry for another 3 minutes, add sour cream and keep on low heat under the lid for about 10 minutes.

To prepare this dish you will need:

  • hard cheese - 150 g;
  • tomatoes - 4 pieces;
  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
  • eggplants - 2 pieces;
  • salt and pepper to taste;
  • mayonnaise - 3 tbsp. l

Eggplants and tomatoes are cut into slices 1 cm thick, the cheese is rubbed on a fine grater and mixed with mayonnaise. Each circle of eggplant is oiled, spread in a baking dish, on top is placed tomato and cheese mass. The dish is baked in the oven at a temperature of 210 degrees for no more than 20 minutes.
