Gasification of private houses: project, documents, work procedure
Gasification of private homes - a matter that is relevant today for many land owners. After all, a lot of attention has recently been paid to the problems of centralized supply of blue fuel to suburban settlements. Actually, the gasification procedure itself is labor intensive and usually entails quite substantial material costs. Therefore, to approach the issue of connecting to the highway is the most responsible.
Where to begin
Gasification of private houses in our time can be done in two main ways:
the owner independently coordinates the actions of the construction team, designers and commissioning services.
the owner of the house orders turnkey gasification in a specializing company.
Design: step by step instructions
If the owner of the house decided to perform all the necessary gasification procedures, it will be necessary first of all:
find out who owns the pipeline and get permission to perform work;
contact the appropriate organization for the drafting of the project.
After the project of gasification of the private house is developed, it needs to be assured of the owner of the highway. After that, you can go to a specialized store for the necessary equipment. At the next stage, it will be necessary to conclude an agreement with the installation organization itself, which will carry out the work according to the terms of reference. It is necessary to choose only the company having the corresponding license. After all, the erection organization will subsequently have to pass the site to the employees of the supervisory authority. Only after that it will be possible to use gas in the house.
What documents are needed
At the initial stage, the owner of the house will need the following set of documents:
permission of the APS for the gasification of the house;
copy of the technical passport BTI on a private house;
topographic survey of the site on a scale of 1: 500 (with applied communications and a gas pipeline), certified by the local gas service.
Later, in the course of the work, such documents will also be needed for the gasification of a private house, such as:
technical passports for purchased gas equipment;
inspection report of the chimney.
In some cases, gasification requires a written permission from the neighbors (if the line is drawn along their section).
Choice of equipment: boiler or convector?
Gasification of private houses is carried out, of course, usually not only to put a stove in the kitchen. Most often, this procedure is carried out for the purpose of installing a heating system. In this case, the owners of a country house in the first place should decide on what equipment suits them best - a boiler or a convector. It is believed that the first version of the heater is best suited for a residential country house. Convectors are usually installed in small suburban buildings that are not heated in the winter season.
Boilers, in turn, are single or dual circuit. The first version of the equipment is used only for heating itself. The owners of country houses get double-circuit boilers in order to have hot water in the kitchen and in the shower.Such equipment, of course, is more expensive. Sometimes owners of country houses acquire a single-circuit boiler and, in addition to it, a boiler.
Calculation of power boiler and convector
For a small country house heating equipment, of course, you can choose yourself. Too complicated calculations in this case usually do not have to. The boiler or convector is chosen based on the fact that 10 m2The premises require about 1 kW of power.
Sometimes the selection of equipment is entrusted to specialists who are developing the actual project of gasification of a private house. Do so usually the owners of large cottages. Indeed, in this case, not only the area of the room should be taken into account, but also many other factors, such as:
type of material used for insulation of building envelope;
number of windows;
climatic conditions of the area in which the house is built, etc.
Actually the process of gasification of a country house consists of only two main stages:
a branch is pulled from the main highway to the building;
connected boiler or convector.
Work on the gasification of private homes at the first stage, in turn, can be done using two technologies. The line is either pulled on supports or laid underground. In the first case, the work is likely to be cheaper. Choose the method of laying the pipeline to the building based on the following factors:
remoteness of the house from the central highway;
landscape features of the adjacent territory;
corrosive characteristics of the soil on the site;
the geometry of the building (height of doorways, arches, configuration of angles, etc.);
wishes of the home owner and his financial capabilities.
Laying highway above ground method
This method of connection in suburban towns and villages is used most often today. The elevated technology of laying of highways assumes installation at the first stage of metal support. They are subsequently fastened with a pipe that supplies gas to the house.
According to the standards, supports under the gas pipeline at the site should be made only of non-combustible materials. The pipe must be attached to them through an elastic gasket on special brackets. The distance between the supports should not exceed 2 m.From the surface of the earth, the pipe should be located at a height of at least 35 cm.
Gasification of a private house: laying the highway under the ground
With this method, the pipe is pulled in a previously dug trench. This expensive technique is used mainly only when it is impossible to stretch a trunk in an elevated way. For example, it is advisable to apply it in the event that the highway needs to be led through a busy road. Also, the underground method of laying is sometimes chosen by the owners of expensive cottages. This technique allows you to fully preserve the aesthetic characteristics of the site.
How to enter the pipe into the house
Actually in the building itself the highway is usually carried out through the wall. It is prohibited to lay a gas pipeline under the foundation. In the wall under the pipe first make a hole. Then it is inserted into a nozzle of such length that its edges protrude at least 0.3 cm beyond the plane. An elastic gasket must be provided between this tube and the wall itself. The remaining space is supposed to be filled with non-combustible material.
How to spend the pipe around the house and other regulations
To the heating equipment or to the stove, the line, according to the standards, must be stretched across the non-residential premises. However, there is an exception to this rule. If it is impossible to stretch the pipe in a similar way, it is allowed to lay it through the living quarters. In any case, the highway is most often pulled over the wall. Sometimes the pipe is laid in the slotted channel. However, with this method of laying, the wall can be closed only with easily removable finishing panels.
There are also such standards for the gasification of a private house;
All joints in the laid pipe must be welded.
Split joints should be made only when installing any kind of boiler fittings.
The volume of the room in which the boiler is installed should not be less than 15 m, and the ceiling height - 2-2.2 m.
Autonomous gasification of a private house: equipment and regulations
The method described above for supplying blue fuel to a suburban building is only suitable if there is a highway in the village or village. But such communications are, of course, not yet in all suburban settlements.
If there is no highway in the settlement, the autonomous gasification of a private house can be carried out, among other things. In this case, the blue fuel is fed into the building from a special drive. The latter is called a gas tank and can have a different capacity. Install such a drive in compliance with the following rules:
the tank must be buried in the ground at a distance of at least 10 m from the basement of a residential building;
mount the gas tank no closer than 2 m to the foundations of the outbuildings;
for containers up to 4,850 liters, the excavation pit shall be at least 5 m deep, 6,400 l - 7 m, 9,200 l - 9 m.
Install the gas tank in the pit on the support legs. Actually the highway itself from the drive is usually pulled by an underground method into a trench with a depth of at least 1.7 m.
Instead of conclusion
This is how gasification of a private house is usually performed. The price of this procedure depends on many factors - the distance of the highway from the building, the method of laying the pipe, the cost of the equipment used, the rates of the designers and contractors. The price of gas boilers in specialized stores is about 11-25 thousand rubles. Actually for the very laying of pipes to owners of country houses, depending on the distance to the centralized highway, you have to pay from 10 to 100 thousand rubles.
On average, gasification of private houses (not autonomous) costs at least 50 thousand rubles. Gas-holders with installation usually cost at least 100 thousand rubles.
