From a legal point of view, is it possible to pressure neighbors who listen to music too loudly during the day?
Yes, they turn it off to 22-23 .. but it is impossible to be at home .. They can listen to this swatter all day long. And at such a volume, as if playing in my room!

Of course, as our law says, they can listen to it during the day, and observe silence (that is, at night) in due time. But there are also noise exposure norms, when the noise level exceeds the limit (special devices can calculate this), then you have the right to complain about the source of this noise. Call the specialists with the devices, let them measure the noise level in your apartment, if it is above the permissible limits - write a complaint to the neighbors. For starters, you can talk to them, maybe you will find a common language.if not, and they deliberately "attach you to the beautiful", then you can report to the police, and more than once. Perhaps you are not alone and other neighbors will join you in their complaints. It can be qualified as disorderly conduct, a violation of public order. In a word, try everything in your power.
