How to become psychologically sustainable

 

Everyone can become psychologically stable, but most do not know how.
We are often interested in how to develop physical strength or improve physical health, and much less often think about the power of the spirit or mental health.


But there are exercises with which we can learn to control our thoughts, manage our emotions and stay productive regardless of circumstances. These are the three main factors of psychological stability. Developing the power of the spirit - the key to success no matter what goals you want to achieve.
 

Amy Maureen is a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist. Since 2002, she has been engaged in counseling children, adolescents and adults. She also works as an adjunct teacher of psychology.
